Our Unique and Effective Open House Strategy



We have had great success with open houses lately. This is the method that has been working.

Over the years, I’ve gone back and forth on a ton of different open house strategies. However, lately I have found a formula that works and I’m having unbelievable success with it. We do things a little bit differently.

We don’t just put a handful of signs up and pass out flyers. As you can see in the video above, we do much more than that. Our last open house had over 100 signs, flags, and banners directing traffic, in addition to a hot dog cart serving free lunch.

Our environment draws people in.

We strive to create a great environment with our open houses and as of late, it’s been working fantastically. When you have a great environment, more people show up. The more people that show up, the better chance you have of getting an offer. Since you never know who your buyer will be, we aim for the greatest exposure to seek them out.
