A lot of potential home sellers asking themselves this same question have the mindset that they need to wait to list their property, so inventory actually shrinks during the holidays. This is great for you because you’ll have fewer sellers to compete against.

Because we’ve outgrown our old venue, we’re moving to a new venue this year: Kiwanis Island Park on Merritt Island. The event will take place on November 5th from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., so be sure to mark your calendars.
